Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats | Fertility Naturopath
Yet another make-ahead, protein-packed breakfast coming your way. I often prepare these the night before I have an early start at the clinic. It keeps me fuelled for hours!
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1/3 cup dry oats
1 scoop protein powder of your choice (vanilla or plain)
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 apple, diced
2/3 cup dairy-free milk of your choice
1 tsp maple syrup
Methods:
Place oats, protein, chia seeds and cinnamon in a container with a lid.
Shake up the dry ingredients.
Add dairy-free milk and syrup.
Stir or shake to combine.
Top with diced apples.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy the next day!
